About CRE Junction
Vendor research built around published evidence.
CRE Junction is an independent directory for commercial property owners, operators, procurement teams, and project teams. It helps readers find vendors by service and market, compare published facts, and open the source behind each listing.
What reaches the directory
We publish a company when its own website, a government record, or another official source supports three facts: the commercial service it offers, the market it covers, and a public business contact. A service and location page opens for indexing after it contains at least three qualified vendors. Property-type variants require at least five.
Texas was the first acquisition market. The data model covers United States countries, states, metropolitan areas, counties, and cities as shared entities. Each market enters the public directory after its vendors meet the same evidence and publication rules.
How CRE Junction handles evidence
Every published field retains a provenance record. Company websites, official documents, and government registries can support public facts. We use general directories to find candidates, never as publication evidence.
CRE Junction does not infer commercial service, service area, licensing, insurance, ownership, or franchise relationships. An unresolved candidate stays under review until an official source resolves the question. Source links remain visible on company profiles so readers can check the evidence in context.
What a listing means
A CRE Junction profile is a research starting point. Inclusion does not certify a vendor, guarantee availability, rank service quality, or replace procurement review. Before hiring a company, confirm its current scope, price, schedule, insurance, licenses where required, references, and contract terms with the company and the relevant authority.
Corrections and questions
Businesses and readers can report an outdated or unsupported field. Send the profile URL, the field that needs review, and a link to the official source that supports the correction. CRE Junction reviews the evidence before changing a published record.
