For a profile correction

Include the CRE Junction profile URL, name the field that needs review, describe the requested change, and link to the company page, government record, or other official source that supports it. A clear source lets the review follow the same evidence rules used for publication.

CRE Junction checks the submitted source before changing a public record. A request does not guarantee a change. Ambiguous evidence stays under review until an official source resolves the question.

For company representatives

Use the profile claim link on your company page if you are authorized to maintain that record. The claim form asks for your company, name, work email, role, relationship to the business, and the changes you want reviewed. CRE Junction may request more proof when ownership, a franchise relationship, or the company domain is unclear.

What to leave out

Do not send passwords, payment-card data, government identification, private customer records, health information, or account credentials. Ask by email before sending a document that contains sensitive information. Public links and redacted evidence are enough for most corrections.
