Privacy notice
This notice explains the information CRE Junction receives when you browse the directory, choose optional measurement, send an email, or submit a company-profile claim. It also explains the choices available on the site.
Information CRE Junction receives
The hosting service processes ordinary request data needed to deliver and protect the site. That data can include an IP address, browser or user-agent details, the requested URL, response status, and request time. CRE Junction receives the contents and address of an email you send to its public contact.
A profile claim can include the company name, claimant name, work email, role, relationship to the company, profile identifier, requested changes, and limited campaign attribution. The form asks for an authority confirmation. It tells claimants to exclude passwords, government identification, payment details, and other sensitive records.
Consent and browser storage
Optional analytics and marketing storage begin in a denied state. If CRE Junction configures measurement, the privacy controls let you accept all optional categories, reject them, or manage analytics and marketing separately. The site stores that choice in local storage under crej_consent_v1.
When you allow analytics or marketing, the site can keep limited campaign attribution in session storage for the current browser session. Rejecting both optional categories clears that attribution. Essential browser storage supports the site and the privacy choice.
How CRE Junction uses information
CRE Junction uses request data to deliver and secure the site, email data to answer the sender, and claim data to verify a representative and review requested profile changes. Aggregate measurement helps evaluate directory use, search actions, vendor-contact clicks, and campaigns. Event payloads use page context and internal identifiers instead of contact values or form contents.
Service providers
Netlify hosts the site and processes profile-claim forms. If you allow the matching optional category and CRE Junction configures the tag, Google services can process analytics or advertising measurement. Marketing measurement can also involve YouTube, Meta, or LinkedIn. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy notice.
Retention and requests
CRE Junction keeps contact and claim records for the time needed to answer the request, review evidence, maintain an audit trail, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Hosting and measurement providers apply their own retention settings. You can request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by emailing contact@crejunction.com.
Your choices
You can browse the public directory without accepting optional analytics or marketing. When CRE Junction enables measurement, use the Privacy choices control in the footer to change your selection. You can also block or clear browser storage through your browser. Blocking essential storage may prevent the site from remembering your choice.
